This broth is for helping people who are sick or recovering from illness. I bet it's great for stress, say...from not sleeping several nights in a row while you attend births. I made mine from celery, parsley (not very perky parsley), onions, potatoes (home grown!), and carrots.

Cut it all up, peel the potatoes and PUT THE PEELS IN, and simmer for half an hour.

Strained, it has a pretty amber color. It has a nice flavor, not too strong.
