Wow, sprouts! The wheat are much greener today. Adzuki beans are definitely showing little white tendrils.
I took the wheat sprouts out and shared them with my kids for a snack. They are good, crunchy and green-tasting. The kids were tickled to be eating "whole plants".
Not as good as I remember alfalfa sprouts tasting, though. Anyone know where I can get alfalfa seeds?
